Yes, we offer side and bottom gusset options to increase the bag's capacity and improve structure.

Are the bags machine washable?

Cotton bags and canvas bags can be washed in a cold water machine. Non-woven bags should be wiped by hand to avoid damage.

Do the bags have a recycling mark or eco symbol printed?

We can include eco-labels, recycling symbols, or QR codes on your bags to showcase sustainability credentials.

The production delivery time is usually 10 - 20 working days after design confirmation and deposit receipt. The exact time depends on the order quantity and bag style. You can contact us at any time during the production process.

3 to 4 days. The complex project will be completed within 7 days. The exact time will depend on the order details and does not include the shipping time.

What is your MOQ?

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the material and style. For cotton bags, it's 100 pieces or more; for paper bags, it's generally 500 pieces or more.

What file formats do you accept for logo printing?

We accept AI, CDR, PDF, PSD, etc. Vector files are preferred for best print quality.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Online Trade Assurance. Other methods can be discussed if needed.

Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer free stock samples, and custom samples can be made for a small fee which will be refunded upon bulk order confirmation.
